Sign up to Play Through Final Forms - Required for ALL athletes and parents before the first day of practice

Physicals - All athletes will need a valid 2021-2022 Physical for the upcoming school year. Any athlete that does not have a physical on file will not be able to participate until the physical is complete.

COVID Questionnaire - All athletes will need to turn in a completed questionnaire before participating. The form can be found in Final Forms in the section for physicals. This must be printed and filled out by hand.

Equipment Handout - June 21st from 6PM to 8PM, in the foyer in front of the gym. Please only have the student enter the school.

Parent Meeting - August 9th from 6:30 PM in the football bleachers

First Practice - August 9th from 4 PM to 6:30 PM

Athletes will need to bring their own filled water bottles with their names on it. The drinking fountains in the building will be turned off.
