McCutcheon High School has named 14 students as the valedictorians for the Class of 2023. They are Riley Fritchley, Sydney Copeland, Abigail Fitzmorris, Kaylee Rosenbarger, Kaia Webb, Megan Brigham, Madelyn Gaeta, Madison Akridge, Samantha Wood, McKenzie Butler, Ty Trapp, Eli Swank, Olivia Luban and John Sherlow.

Most of the graduates plan to continue their education in the state. Six plan to attend Purdue University, four at Indiana University and two at Huntington University. Others will study at Carroll University and New Mexico University.

The students plan to study in a variety of areas including professional flight technology, nursing, engineering and environmental sciences.
